You’re charged once per season, based on players registered. Parents can be charged the registration fee directly, or you can absorb it. Refunds are issued from the payments view and reconcile automatically.

Can parents be charged the registration fee?
Yes. You can pass processing to the registration fee or absorb it – your choice, set per season.
How do refunds work?
Issue a full or partial refund from the payments view. It reconciles automatically; there’s no separate app to update.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter and League. Club includes hands-on onboarding and data import at no extra charge.
What if we grow past our tier mid-season?
Nothing breaks. We’ll move you up at your next season, not mid-way through the one you’re running.
